I chose this hotel for attending a brainstorming session because it provides a wide range of facilities including a 24-hour reception, wireless internet in public areas, outdoor swimming pool, fitness center, spa, and meeting rooms. The meeting room was well-equipped and conducive to our discussions, and the free shuttle service to the airport was convenient.

The only service that I missed for my work was a more reliable and consistent wifi connection in the meeting room.

We stayed at a hotel near the airport, which was quite convenient for our early morning flight. The shuttle service was good and the hotel was close to Changi terminal. The room we had was clean and spacious, with a good bathroom and comfortable bed. Breakfast was decent and had a good variety of options. The view from our window was okay, it overlooked a golf course.

The hotel lacked in terms of facilities, and there was not much to do in the immediate area.

We appreciated the complimentary shuttle to the airport, and the swimming pool provided a welcome escape from the heat.

We had one minor issue with the cab service provided, but apart from that, this place had excellent service, with the staff always willing to go the extra mile to assist us. The outdoor swimming pool with its sun loungers and views, the fitness centre, and the free Wi-Fi were added bonuses.

There were a few aspects that let down the overall experience. the wifi in the room was not up to par, making it difficult to stay connected.

The hawker food nearby was a great option for meals and the shuttle bus to the city and airport was very convenient. The interior design of the hotel was also quite excellent, with spacious rooms and a cable TV.

I was disappointed with the lack of assistance from the staff. The bell boys/girls were unwilling to help with my heavy backpack and seemed disinterested.

I personally found the mini sofas in the spacious suite a bit unnecessary.

Wonderful view from the executive lounge. I enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the variety of drinks and snacks provided. The staff, especially Dyzry L Barroa, were very good too assist me with my queries and requests. The pools were also a highlight, with a slightly heated temperature for added comfort. I highly recommend this hotel.
